One bedroom available for rent in Fishtown, Philadelphia. The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen bed and dresser. The room has a closet as well. You will have a shared bathroom complete with a toilet and stand up shower. There is upstairs laundry. A shared living room, dining room, and kitchen make up the main floor. There is also a finished basement and an enclosed backyard complete with lounge furniture. No private parking, but I have never had to park more than a block away. Safe area and I have security cameras as well.

I have had both male and female roommates in the past. All that I ask is that you respect the mutual living space and be tidy. I have two dogs, so you must be okay with that!
