Located at 22nd and Spruce Street, you will enjoy the convenient public transportation, lively neighborhood and peaceful parks like Rittenhouse (3 blocks) and Schuylkill (2 blocks). It is also convenient for University City (Penn, Drexel, etc.) The unfurnished bedroom is available Aug 1st 2019.

Details: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and a kitchen. Additional storage space is also available in the basement.

Utilities like gas, heater, hot water and garbage disposal are included in the rent. Washer and dryer are available in the basement.

Rent is $735 and
Wifi + electricity shared by two is approximately $60 each.

Roommate requirement:
-Should be clean, positive, and responsible with GOOD CREDIT HISTORY
-No pets
-First month+ last month is to be paid when signing the lease

About the Room: The room is approximately 9-1/2ft x 10ft, with a window that faces the church next door which never gets too loud.

I am looking forward to being good friends with my future roommate, however, I don't mind in the slightest if you prefer to keep to yourself.
