I am looking for 2-3 residents to lease out the extra rooms in my house. I will be living on the premises with 2 very friendly cats who will stay in my room, but I may be traveling for work from time to time. The property is located between Gray's Ferry and Graduate Hospital in a cul de sac which provides optimal privacy. There is a community garden right across the street from the house. The location is very close to a few grocery stores, bank, and bus stop. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The house comes with a roof top deck with views of Center City and a small backyard. The house will have security system and key pad entry and each individual room will have a key-ed entry.
