Room with half bath - Center City is a short walk

Room in Hawthorne for rent. Great location! Center City is only a 15-20 minute walk everything is close by. The room is in the basement and it is very spacious. You will have your own half bath to yourself and the entire floor is practically to yourself. The laundry room is right next to the room as well. There are 3 other roommates 1 female and 2 male who are all young professionals. The shower is shared with 2 others on the second floor. The kitchen is new if you like to cook and the living room is very comfortable with a TV. There is a balcony on top of the house with an amazing view of center city! Cable and Utilities will run about $100 for each person which is pretty cheap. Parking is first come first serve next to the house, and you need a permit to park in the lot across from the house.
