Room to rent in home Students and Professionals

Hello, I have a room to rent in my newly built home. I am looking to rent to students, young professionals, traveling nurses, and flight attendants. I'd prefer to rent longer term, but I'd accept someone on shorter term too. I am open to all types of people, so no worries there. As a roommate, you will enjoy high-speed internet, smart-home-controlled heating, and cooling, and each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer included.

Also, I have a dog, a friendly 6-year-old labrador mixed.

I will verify employment and require at least two pay stubs.

I am a professional from the Information Technology side of things. I like to bicycle, hike, and stay active. I am a sports fan, EAGLES, I do not mind having a few friends over occasionally. My job is very important to me, so no drugs. All smoking should be done outside of my house.
