Renting Medium size furnished bedroom in SW Philly last room is for a female no pets must not keep a lot of company no male company in or outside of the property this is a nice clean house to rest your head not a party house female company is fine as long as its one at a time no crowds after all its just a room that im renting not the entire house this is another room im renting out in my home not to be mistaken as a rooming house people its a difference you will have run of the bathroom, kitchen and of course the room again must be clean and neat just $100 move in fee no security deposit I don't mind helping nobody out $475 a month $575 to move in if picked if interested my name is Mike only series apply thank you
