I am looking for a responsible/clean young professional female to take over my lease in my 2BD/2BA apartment. I am moving out and am looking for someone to replace me in living with one female roommate. The apartment building is located in a great spot just a few blocks from center city in a quiet neighborhood and has a lot to offer!

It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment so you will have your own private bedroom/bathroom. The apartment is very spacious with two full closets in the bedroom and two additional closets that are shared. The bedroom is very large and can easily fit up to a king size bed with plenty of room for other furniture. The apartment is on one of the upper floors of the building so it is very quiet with no noise from the street below. The living/dining room and kitchen are shared spaces and there is a private balcony with a nice view! The kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, and plenty of cupboard space. A washer and dryer are also included in the apartment.

Rent is $1,147/month (per person) and the current lease ends mid-April 2020. At that time, you will have the option to resign for up to a 15-month lease. There are also 12-14 month lease options as well as month to month with a 15-month lease being the cheapest. Water/electric utilities usually come to around $65 per month (per person). Covered parking is available in the garage directly across the street from the building. It is owned by the apartment building and is an additional $180/month.

You would be living with another young professional female (27). She is very clean, kind, respectful, and quiet. She mostly stays in her room and rarely has guests over. She has truly been a great roommate to live with! Cats are allowed in the building but we currently don?t have any animals in the apartment.

The apartment building itself is very modern and offers many great amenities! There is an indoor pool/hot tub that was recently renovated within the past two years available to all residents. The fitness center is very large (also recently renovated) with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weight machines, etc. There are two courtyards with grills and patio furniture for entertaining that are really great when it?s warm out! The lobby was just renovated this year with new lounge/study areas with TVs and WiFi. The secured access lobby has 24 hr front desk service and packages are received/stored through Parcel Pending which is a locker/access code service (in the lobby). There is also a free shuttle service that makes scheduled trips to Center City and University City throughout the day. There is a Target, CVS, and Whole Foods within a 5-10 minute walk. The Broad St Line is only a 10 min walk to either the Spring Garden or Race-Vine Stations and the walk to City Hall is under 15 mins. This spot is really great for getting on/off I-676 (I-76 & I-95 too) if you are commuting outside the city!
