Comfortable room in Northern Liberties

This room will be available starting May 22nd and ending July 18th. You are welcome to stay during that time frame, but preferably for around a month or until July 18th. On the 18th my lease expires, so you are not able to stay any longer. The price is $800 a month - my current rent, but this can be negotiated down. The utilities are not included but are around $20 / person. Wifi is also $20, payable to my current roommate. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
