Rooms in Fishtown House Available for July

Do you want to live in a big beautiful house in Philly? Want to enjoy the city skyline from your own rooftop this summer? Well then keep reading!

Starting July 1, we are looking for people to fill 3 rooms of this 5-bedroom house! (Pics are from a post 2 years ago and show only the first floor bedroom)

The big room on our first floor: comes with a spacious closet, has direct access to the backyard, and a private bathroom (outside of room but is private since all other rooms have a bathroom attached or right outside of them too!) This room is $720 before utilities.

One room left in the basement: also has direct access to our spacious backyard, spacious closet and will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant (a girl) so we are preferably looking for a girl to fill that room! This room is also $720.

The master bedroom: on the third floor has a private bathroom with two sinks, great shower head, high ceilings, and gorgeous recessed window for a lot of natural light! It is also right next to the washer and dryer and only a floor away from our rooftop deck! This room could be great for a couple and is $940 (before utilities).

In the house, there are two living rooms, a kitchen with outdoor access and all new appliances, and a rooftop patio that has a great view of the city!

Currently we are two girls mid-late 20's who are looking for other young working professionals who, ideally, are clean, respectful, and team players. We also have 1 friendly cat and would ideally love someone who is pet friendly!

Rent would be first/last/security deposit and the monthly room price does NOT include utilities (which on average is $100/month).
