Comes with air conditioner if wanted. Not furnished. 400 plus shared utilities ( not more than 100 at most) includes Wifi.?
The house is a 3BR/1BA on a quiet cozy street 2 blocks from sub, 1 block from bus line. 2 blocks from Melrose Diner, 3 blocks from Ultimo, 3 blocks from East Passyunk Corridor, 2 blocks from several fab sandwich places and many other things!! Great neighbors. 1 and half miles from Center City (I bike everyday). Safe, Old Italian established neighborhood.?
About me: 37 year old female, private practice therapist, fairly independent and social, ENFP, 4 on the Enneogram, attends City Church and member of Bike Coalition, experimental gardener, experimental cook.?
What else: I board dogs frequently so you need to be ok with dogs around. I generally work 11-8 schedules, I like the doors open in my house and having visitors. I decorate with a colorful and cozy style.?
