Beautiful renovated house is with spacious kitchen, bathrooms and beautiful hardwood floors. (See the pictures below). It has exposed brick and is located one block from East Passyunk ave, which is a great location! Great coffee shops, restaurants/bars, or to ACME and easy walk to the subway.
The rent is $700 for the spacious bedroom (11 by 12 ft), with closet and window and a shared bathroom.
Utilities are split between the roommates which is typically $120. No pets.
