Bedroom For Rent In Apartment W/ Roof Deck!

My current roommate is moving out just to be closer to work, the apartment is really cool with a huge roof deck! Living room and kitchen are open and a reasonable size. There is also a coin washer and dryer on the second floor. Apartment is a third floor walk up and is located right across the street from Dickinson park . Parking is easy if you drive and apartment is close to Wawa, target, acme, liquor and beer stores!

I currently work two jobs in the service industry so I?m not home a ton, but I do have a 7 year old very friendly pitbull and a 2 year old cat that is very friendly as well, that I take care of and don?t expect anyone else to, they are my responsibility. I?m pretty chill for the most part and expect the same. I don?t smoke in the house and try to keep it as clean as I can with my hectic schedule.
