Spacious bedroom available in a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 3 floor Philly home. I am looking for someone to take over the next year if my lease beginning September 2023.
You will be sharing the house with Sara, a working professional in her early 30's, and basically the best roommate you'll ever find. She's relaxed and easy going, tidy, and loves to spend equal time relaxing at home as she does out pursing her music, dancing, boxing and socialising with friends and family. We are looking for someone like-minded to take my place in the house so please drop us a few lines about yourself when inquiring :)
The house has 2 outdoor spaces; a back yard with some cute outdoor seating that connects to the kitchen and a roof deck complete with outdoor sofas and string lights, perfect for an evening movie night or glass of wine. There is an open living/ dining room on the ground floor that connects to a spacious and sun light kitchen complete with an essential espresso machine! Your bedroom will be on the 1st level next to the bathroom that has a spacious shower/ bath. Sara's bedroom is located on the top floor of the house that has a shared space that connects to the roof deck. We also have a large basement that has a washer/ dryer and a lot of space for storage- We've put a boxing bag down there so it makes for a great workout space!
