It is furnished and the bedroom comes with a full-size bed and mattress. It has hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer on-site. It also comes with a finished basement with recessed lighting, Central AC and heating system. The rent is 612.50 without utilities. Looking for young college professionals preferably.
