Point Breeze 2 Floor Apt+Rooftop

The house, split into 2 apts, was built at the end of 2022 and is next to a number 7 bus stop. It is also a 10 minute walk to Washington Ave close to Dock Street Brewery and Porco's. My roommate is moving out end of May and the place will be available in early June. There's a big shared area for the kitchen, dining, and living space. The room you'll be in has its own bathroom and two closets along with large windows on the east and north walls.
As for myself, I am 33 years old and a chemist working at a pharma company. I have a cat named Aziraphale, from the show Good Omens, and he's a needy boy that just wants chin scratches and head pats. I enjoy playing soccer and golf, video games, watching movies, crocheting, painting, baking, and playing board games. I also like to occasionally host dinners or a murder mystery game with my girlfriend. I'm looking for a roommate that's communicative and generally clean. I'm LGBT and 420 friendly although I don't smoke myself.
