Looking for 2 roommates for 3 BR house in Poplar

I am looking for a new roommate to take over the 3rd floor of our 4 floor, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in center city Philadelphia. The room includes a private bathroom and is furnished with a bed and basic furniture, such as a chair and nightstand, in case you don’t want to bring your own.

The rent for the room is 1100$/month and utilities (including water, gas and internet) are around 100$/month.

The property is new (only 6 years old) with modern appliances and hardwood floors. It features several common areas (1st floor living room & kitchen, 2nd floor lounge area, washing machine & dryer on the 3rd floor), a finished basement (with an additional bathroom) and a rooftop with a view of the city. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer combination, gas stove, dish washer and large variety of kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery.

The house is located near 12th and Spring Garden, a short walk to center city and China town. Fishtown is also in close proximity and areas like University City can be easily reached by public transportation (subway or bus) or bike (I take a 20 min bike ride to University City each morning). Several stores, including Giant, CVS and Aldi, are within walking distance. If you like to go to concerts, there are several venues (Franklin Music Hall, Union Transfer and Underground Arts) close by. If you have a car, the location offers plenty of street parking.
