The property is located in the heart of Port Richmond, Philadelphia - a historically residential Polish community - close to bustling Fishtown, I-95, the Italian Market / Center City and more! There are many parks in the area and hidden gems, parking is on the street but it is free and mostly not time restricted.

The unit is a 2 bed, 1 bath (shower separate from toilet and sink) and there is extra space for storage in the basement. There are a lot of new appliances including: washer/dryer, AC units, and kitchen appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave). The space will be professionally cleaned before you move in and is monitored with Ring security. I have a cat named Mold who is mostly outdoor and I allow additional pets to stay for no additional fees!

I am set to close on the property on July 19th so looking for an August 1 start date.
