PLEASE READ THIS AD CAREFULLY. THIS IS NOT A SEPARATE APARTMENT. THIS IS A COMPLETELY PRIVATE BI-LEVEL SUITE WITH A PRIVATE BEDROOM AND ONE PRIVATE BATH IN OUR TOWNHOUSE. THE SUITE IS SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON.

We are a fully vaccinated retired couple who have lived in town all our lives and are currently renting a private 1 bedroom, bi-level 800 s. f. suite with a full bath in our 2700 sq ft townhouse for $1,100 a month, including utilities. The suite is only suitable for one person

Your private suite includes entertainment area with chaise lounge, 42” flat screen TV with premium cable, gas fireplace, spiral stair leading to the loft bedroom, lots of closet space, and WiFi. All utilities included. You can share our wonderful kitchen, patio, and laundry. Again, this is not a separate apartment but a beautiful, fully furnished, separate bi-level suite in our townhouse.

Queen Village is a lovely, safe community located just south of Society Hill. It is a neighborhood full of life with lots of activities. Our location is convenient to all CC hospitals and colleges and within walking distance of all CC neighborhoods, 9th Street Italian Market, Historic District, entertainment, and shopping. Easy access to public transportation, I-95, and bridges. Optional off street parking 0.5 blocks away.
