Looking for someone to take over my room in a recently renovated 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment. Exposed brick layout with brand new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and grill in the backyard. There is also a basement with plenty of storage. Walkable distance to a variety of bars and restaurants as well as public transportation. The current roommate is a recent Penn grad that works locally. He is super outgoing, clean and respectful - so looking for a guy that is similar. Place is available beginning June 1st, but the timeline is flexible.
