The space is spacious, brightly lit, and beautiful, with high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and stunning views of Philadelphia. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer, central air, and a balcony. The room has a large window and walk-in closet. The building itself has an elevator, fitness center and laundry facilities. It is walking distance to regional rail lines, subway lines, and PATCO high-speed lines, and a short subway ride to the Amtrak.

As for me, I am a young working professional, and am easygoing, clean, and respectful of others! I am looking for a roommate with the same qualities.
