Hello! I am looking to fill a room in a lovely South Philly row house seconds off of Passyunk Avenue, and less than five minutes walking from the Broad Street Line. The room is available from Jan 23 to May 5, with some flexibility possible on move in/out dates. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished, and has lots of natural light and good temperature control. There is a spacious, dry basement with a washer and dryer, as well as a beautiful back garden. The rent is $735 per month. Water is included, and gas. electric, and internet usually are below $100 per month. Pets are welcome.
You would be sharing the house with two other housemates, a graduate student in education in his late 20s and a worker in the Department of Labor in her early 30s. They are both very sweet people, and very tidy and respectful of the shared space.
