Private Basement in BRAND NEW Grad Hospital House

Hey my name is Brandon and I have a private Basement for rent in a brand new townhouse in Graduate Hospital.

The house is brand new and was just finished in October 2019. You will be the first person to ever live in this room. The house is 2100 sq ft 4 story, 4 bed and 3.5 bath total with a roof deck. There is also a back yard space off the kitchen.

The Basement is the entire bottom floor, with a private full bathroom and closet. You have one window in the back of the room that comes up to the backyard. The basement also has it's own door. There is plenty of space for a queen size bed, dresser, desk, nightstand and more.

The house is on a residential street with parking. The Septa Bus Route 17 is one block away and can take you into Center City if needed, but you are also walking distance to Market St. You are also close to the restaurants, bars and parks on Washington Ave

You will be living in Graduate Hospital with two other people who are renting the other rooms. The first floor with the kitchen and living area will be shared space. The shared space is not furnished, but can be negotiated to be. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the house on the second floor.

Utilities will be split evenly every month. There will also be a cleaning service coming to the house once per month and also be split evenly.

NO pets and NO smoking
