The apartment has a washer and dryer unit in the basement, free of charge. Right off the trolley with a stop just a few feet away from the front door. There are four total units in the building, each with friendly and respectful neighbors. A three minute walk to Clark Park and many restaurants and businesses on Baltimore Ave.

There are two laidback male roommates who mostly keep to themselves. There will be one cat in the house - a big friendly male cat who loves to snuggle.

Water is included in the rent price. Subleaser would be responsible for electric and internet.
