Temple Univ housing available

I have housing available near the intersection of Broad/Diamond streets in north philadelphia. This house is perfect for Temple students. The house is 1 block away from broad st, temple campus, the subway & other shopping centers close by. House has 4 rooms. Room rent is $500 monthly for the three larger.

No pets. Pay your own utilities. (All tenants will split the electric, water, etc)

House has

-two full bathrooms
-brand new carpet & hardwood floors
-a washer/dryer
-central air/heat
-wired for comcast cable

First, last, security is required on move in day

This is what is required to movie in the house.

1. We only rent rooms to individuals
2. Room leases can be signed from 3-12 months
3. Security Deposit is required, which is equal to one month?s rent ($500)
4. Valid ID is required for our screening service which covers credit, eviction, and criminal
5. Rent must be paid online via eCheck or Credit/Debit Card (or Money Order in person)
6. Verifiable income is needed (paystub, loan, or bank statement)
7. Application fee is $25
