Room Available for Sublet in 4bd apartment

Hi! I’m looking to sublet my room in a 4bd 1br apartment at Good Food Flats from November 1, 2021 - August 31, 2022.

An earlier move-in date is possible, just let me know if that’s something you’d need. I'm also open to shorter term subleases.

The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to Drexel and UPenn. It’s also only 2 blocks from the Drexel Shuttle. The apartment is for students/recent grads only and is fully furnished. The other 3 rooms are filled by 3 really friendly girls.

You would have your own bedroom with a window, it comes with a full-sized bed, a desk and chair, and storage space.

The apartment has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer are also in unit. Living area is furnished. There is free WiFi too.

Rent is $775/month. All utilities, except for electric have a set fee of $25/month. Electric is split evenly between the roommates monthly, it never really comes up to more than about $20-$30 per person.

Some of the other amenities include: a gym, common areas, a rooftop deck, private study pods, and bike storage.
