Looking for Sublease!

Hi! I am looking to sublease my room anytime now April 2024) until the end of August 2024. The place is 700/month The house is near a very friendly police station and has 4 floors including balcony, backyard, and in-house laundry and dryer unit. The house is also very close to UPENN and Drexel campus as well as the 40th station market-frankford subway. The room is private, and there is a closet in the room. The kitchen comes fully furnished. If needed, mattress, desk, and some other household materials can be given personally since I am looking to leave the area. The other four housemates are very friendly, tidy, respectful, and chill, and the bathroom is shared with one other individual on the same floor.
