Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Summit at University City from July to September. The floor plan is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a private bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. My roommates are both on co-op, so they are only there in the evenings. The apartment is always kept clean. The building has multiple study rooms, security at all times, on-call maintenance, a 24/7 gym, a movie theater, a sky lounge, and individual liability leases.
