June-July sublease/June lease takeover

I am moving out at the end of May for urgent family emergency and looking someone to either sublease from June 1st July 31st or take over my lease from June 1st to July 31st. Dates are flexible to move in. Great location, high floor (25+), The monthly rent is $1370 + utilities (usually $0- 10, max cap is $25).

It is cheaper compared to others since I started my lease a while ago. 3B3B, My room is the biggest room on the right, and it is 1.5 times bigger than any other rooms. You will get your own bedroom and own private bathroom. You will share kitchen and living room with other 2 roommates. Laundry is in unit. Trash chute place is right outside of our suite.

Great community center. (2 stories gym, study area, resting area, pool) It's far from other rooms and the living room so you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet private space. It is in center city so it is very convenient to commute to Downtown, and easy to go anywhere in Philly. Message me if you are interested :)
