NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are a few blocks away from the Market-Frankford Line (York-Dauphin stop) and near a number of bus lines (39, 57, & 89). Fishtown and Old Kensington are minutes away with several bars, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops to choose from. There is a lot of development happening in the area but this home is on a quiet street just a short walk away from Norris Square Park.

APARTMENT:
Our home has high ceilings throughout and consists of a kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with access to a rear patio enclosed with a privacy fence, a fully finished basement with a bathroom, and more. A full-size front-loading washer and dryer, and a full bathroom are also conveniently located on the 2nd floor next to the available bedroom. Additionally, you can walk on up through the pilot house to the full roof deck with 365-degree views.

The room is about 11'x9', and comes UNFURNISHED. Utilities (electric, water, gas, internet) are included. The room can fit a queen-sized bed easily and is located on the 2nd floor facing the rear of the building.

ME/HOUSEMATE:
I work from home for a restaurant software tech company based in NYC and spend about half my time up there. I'm in my thirties and stay fairly active when not working, but do enjoy restful nights in too.

Hoping to find someone who pays rent on time, is clean, respectful, and not passive-aggressive is a must. Someone who will treat this place well as if it were their home is all we're looking for. A low-shedding dog is ok. No cats, or couples though. If you have any questions, just ask.
