I am looking for another Queer roommate to share my $600 a month quiet basement apartment on Baltimore Ave I?m West Philly. BIPOC to the front! This is not an ADA accessible space.

Move in date flexible.
$600 per month between both of us
I have already paid for 1st last and security, which came to $3,600. You will pay me your half of the deposit, $1,800.
We pay gas (30-100) and electric (20)and internet (30).
Water bill is paid directly to landlord, I?m unsure how much that is at this time.

I am an art lover, animal lover, who comes off as a bit serious/shy at first but once you get to know me I?m really goofy. I?m introverted as heck. Things that make me actively break out of that introversion:

I want a roommate;

Who is actively taking safety measures against COVID. I am autoimmune, and the person I live with needs to be on the same page with me on our safety, since both of us could be affected by my autoimmunity. You need to take COVID seriously.

Who understands that at this time, I?m not looking to build a community or looking for my roommate to be my friend for emotional and mental support. If I a friendship happens organically I?m open to that! But I need my space.

Who knows their own boundaries well and is considerate of the boundaries around them. Someone who is mature and responsible, who pays our shared expenses on time and does not need to be babysat to do household chores and pay their bills.

Who is also introverted, and values a quiet home that does not require tons of socialization, who likes a living space to be tranquil and quiet.

Dogs and cats that like other dogs and cats are welcome! I try to foster animals as much as I can.
