Home located in a beautiful, quiet setting very close to Red Lion and a short ten-to-fifteen minute drive to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and banks. 1 Bedroom with corner walk in closet, full bathroom access (bathroom has a shower but no tub), full use of newly remodeled kitchen (with induction range, granite countertops, french door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer and ice maker, dishwasher and furnished with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils), laundry room with washer and dryer and large living room plus a large, slightly sunken family room. Whole house has LVP wood look flooring. All utilities including wifi are included in rent. Use of full back yard and parking right by your entry door. This home is on the ground level with a slightly sunken family room but no steps. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS ON PROPERTY OR IN BEDROOM - NO EXCEPTIONS! Caged pets in your room are fine. A dog or cat may be acceptable, we will have to discuss that. A dog or cat would require a monthly pet fee and pet security deposit before moving in, if accepted. No rental assistance programs are accepted. If you need help with furnishings, please let me know and I may be able to help. NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER. Couples, single parent with a baby (baby must sleep in parent's room) and individuals are welcome. No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind are permitted on property. There are no bus stops within close walking distance so you should own a car or be familiar with scheduling rides through Rabbit Transit (fare rates are based on fare type, mileage and riders age as seniors and those with disabilities receive discounted rides).
