I am semi retired, work in the mornings. Madrid Square Condo's in Brockton, MA. Condo is on the second floor, Laundry room is on first floor. Quite building. All utilities included. Landline phone, high speed internet, best cable package. 24 hour security. Gated community. Only use full bathroom for showers as I have a 1/2 bath in my bedroom .Looking for a roommate that is clean, has a steady income, own transportation, no illegal drugs and no drama. Room for rent has new furniture with a double bed. 40" TV mounted on wall. Must have drivers license and registration for parking sticker.
