Empty Nest Doglover

I am looking for a housemate not a tenant. I have created a home that's cozy and comfortable and am looking for someone who will compliment that aesthetic.
I raised 2 boys as a single parent who now live on their own. I have pets so my roommate has to be pet friendly.
I work as a nanny at this time and love my job. My background is in education, but I also have a lot of experience with the elderly and memory care.
The room that is available is on the smaller side, but has a lot of builtin storage. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished. There is some storage space available and beach access to Big Sandy Pond swimming and boating. There is a yard and lots of nature to enjoy.
