Affordable Studio

Hello, I'm renting out my studio unfurnished apartment with a month to month lease. I have a huge terrace looking over to Rockaway Beach.. a beautiful view. i have a nice size kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry room located in the building. Light and gas is included. If you would like cable you would have to pay for that yourself.. The train station is right across the street from the complex. It's only one train which is the A train.
