Spacious Studio

The apartment is located on the 17th floor, with a fantastic view of the beach and Manhattan. I have a big terrace, where you can put a table a few chairs an sit sip some wine and watch the beautiful sunset. Light and gas is included. There is a laundry room located in the building. The A train is located directly across the street from the apartment complex. There is 24hr security and security cameras literally everywhere, cameras even in the staircases and elevators, and yes they work consistently.
