Bedroom for Rent in 3 story house in Far Rockaway

The room is on the top floor of the house. So, you would have the whole floor to yourself as it is just the room and a balcony there. The bathroom is a flight down. The room does not have a door to enter but it is separated from the rest of the house by a curved staircase. We rent out a whole house so there is a backyard, living room, dining room, bathroom, and washing machine room all on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 2 other bathrooms and all the other bedrooms.
We are a bunch of friends currently living together. We do like to have people over every so often to hang out. During the week, the house is pretty quiet and we keep to ourselves, but we are very friendly and social. Hopefully we can find someone that is also social and communicative.
