Hey potential roomies!
I'm Max. My current roommate is leaving our apartment at the end of our lease (May 31st), leaving me in need of a someone new! I'd be looking for someone who would be interested in signing a one year lease.
The apartment is in a great location, one block from 30th Ave, minutes away from the 30th Ave. N/Q train stop, tons of restaurants, and some great bars!
The room fits a double bed, desk, and has a closet. The place has hardwood floors, a decent sized living room and a full kitchen for all your cooking needs!
Rent includes gas. We have to pay extra for electricity, and I also am paying for cable television and internet which I'd expect you to go halfsies with me on (Can't live without my hbo. It could be OUR hbo!!).
As for you, I would like you to have a steady job, be able to clean up after yourself (do your dishes, help keeping the living areas/bathroom tidy), and and not mind going out for a drink on occasion.
