Looking to rent a bedroom in our large sunny 2br Astoria apartment. High ceilings, light and sunny. The apartment has been recently renovated, new tiling in the bathroom, and updated kitchen. There is a shared kitchen with an eat in table, a large shared living room (internet, no cable), an office space, plus the 2 bedrooms. It's a relatively quiet building on a quiet part of the block. We have wonderful sweet neighbors.

We are seeking a single person (sorry, no couples). The room is available starting 2/9-2/28 but we can be flexible on the dates if you'd like an early move. We are seeking a non-smoker (no drugs as well), who will be clean and respectful or our home. We prefer a student or professional. References are required and will be checked.

You would be living with a 29yr old female, who is very clean and quiet. She is a freelancer, sometimes working at home.
