Beautiful hardwood floors, modern kitchen, large living room and dining areas. 3rd Floor Walkup. Full bathroom. Laundry around the corner. 1 block from train. 15 min or less to Manhattan.
We are: Two fun, sociable, respectful working professionals. Both have our Union cards and work in the Feature Film industry in New York. Both work long hours and are away from the apartment a lot. Neither of us are very loud. Both like to go for drinks or party on occasion. Not really into partying at our apartment. Dinner parties or small groups are ok. Maybe the occasional big party with everyone's agreement.
Even though this place is unfurnished, looking to furnish the place nicely with living room and dining room sets, artwork on the wall, bookshelves, etc. Would LOVE roommates who are willing to contribute, but if you can't for some reason that's ok too.
