A gay professional, down to earth, low key couple with spacious 2 bedroom apartment on Astoria/Long Island City boarder looking to rent out our cute m private furnished guest room (includes double bed - can not be furnished if you prefer. This comes with your own private full bathroom (there are 2 full bathrooms in apartment), full closet in room with room for clothes and storage. You can have guests and occasional low key party for special occasions, New Years, birthday, etc. We are looking for roommate to friend option or just roommate if you prefer. This includes full access to living room with cable, kitchen, dining room, Wi-Fi internet access. Apartment is also professionally cleaned by our cleaning lady every 2 weeks, so apartment is always clean. This is included in your rent.

Looking for 3-4 months to more/until year or longer. $700 security to move in.

Looking for down to earth, respectful, fun, roommate to live in our smaller guest bedroom (we have the larger master bedroom)
