. Amazing location that is just 1 block away from the Broadway stop of the N/Q line, and 20m from Central Park. Great restaurants, gyms, laundry, and shopping. Steinway is a quick 8 minute walk away with even better shopping and more food. It is also a very safe neighborhood. All roommates are very comfortable whenever they come home very late at night;
. All utilities are already included in the price ($ 1050 monthly). I mean EVERYTHING: high speed wireless Internet, Electric, Water, Heating and Cooling (Personal Air Conditioner unit comes with room);
. Preference will be given for someone that wants to stay long term, exceptions, however, could happen for someone that wants to stay AT LEAST 6 months;
. There are 2 more pp living at the apartment and they both study and work all day long, so we don't have problems with bathroom sharings;
