Looking for a roommate at the end October

My wife and I are looking for a new roommate at the end of October, move in November 1st, 2019.
We are looking for someone relaxed, clean and responsible.
We are easygoing people who like to have a good time but also like to relax.
We both work on weekdays. She is an amazing seamstress so can help you with any clothing problems or cool ideas for fashion.
Schedule doesn't matter, both of us have worked in the food industry for years but also we are conscious of people who have to wake up early.
We are both in our mid twenties and are easygoing people but are looking for someone responsible.
