Unfurnished room in Astoria-Ditmars

I have a room for rent available October 1 in the Astoria-Ditmars area. $1,100 rent + utilities. My friend has been crashing with me for a few weeks, hence the air mattress in the photo, but the room comes unfurnished. I've been living here for 4 years and love it! 5 minutes from the Ditmars stop and close to bars, restaurants, and the park. The lease is month-to-month, but I would like for someone to stay long-term.

I am 29, female, and working FT in the city. We don't have to be best friends, but having someone to have a glass of wine/dinner with once in a while is always a plus. Message me with questions or if you want to come see the place. Thanks!
