We are two European women in our thirties; one works as a business solutions consultant, and the other works as an interpreter. We are very neat and organized, enjoy healthy lifestyles, and having a relaxing space to come home to.
About this home:
This large apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Every room has windows and the entire place gets great light from East, West and North exposures. The apartment is fully-furnished and feels like a home.
We avoid clutter as much as possible and we keep the place nice and clean.
One bedroom will become available, on Dec.1st (negotiable).
The bedroom comes with a bed-frame and box spring (Size: Full), a small bed-side drawer set, an in-closet shoe organizer, and a hanging plant. (No obligation to use these items - the room can also be emptied if you have your own furniture).
The kitchen is fully-equipped.
There is 1 bathroom, and we keep it very clean. (this is a MUST).
Rent is $1300, furniture and utilities included, and a lovely cleaning person stops by monthly (also included).
No deposit required, I trust you?ll be responsible.
The neighborhood is called Astoria, in Queens. Its charming, multicultural, lots of trees, and neighbors are very friendly.
There are 2 subway stations nearby: Broadway (N, W) and Steinway (R, M). If you work in Midtown, you can be there in 20mins.
Tons of restaurants and shops. The area is known for its incredible ethnic food.
