Lovely room with fantastic amenities off the N/W

Looking for a roommate starting this June (flexible) for a lovely apartment. It's a short walk from the N/W, and there are plenty of restaurants/shops/other businesses nearby. The apartment has a washer/dryer in the unit and microwave, oven, and a dishwasher. Large common space with plenty of room to hang out. Nice spacious closet in the room, with an option of furnished mattress and bed. The room fits a full or a queen size bed.

It's on the ground floor, so no flights of stairs to walk up, but it looks out onto a private courtyard so it's also quiet. There is also a A/C in the room which is a life saver in the summer! No couples, sorry.

I work at a bookstore and spend most of my free time watching/performing improv, reading, and listening to podcasts. I do have a cat, so you must be okay with that, although she mostly hangs out in my room anyway and is very quiet and neat.
