Bedroom in a bright, sunny apartment in Astoria!

My roommate and I are looking for a third person for our three bedroom apartment in beautiful Astoria! We are easy going, professional ladies in our mid 20s.
The room is available March 15th however the move in date is negotiable - please contact us with your desired move in date.
We have a queen size bed and some furniture in the room that you could keep if you choose- but you don't have to.
The living room is very large and has windows all around- and the open plan kitchen attaches to it. The apartment is the whole 2nd floor of the 2 story building, and there is also just one unit below us.
The closest subway stop is the Ditmars stop on the N/W which is very convenient if you work in Manhattan. We are also just a couple minutes from the beautiful Astoria park where we love to go and relax!
