The room that is available has a direct view of Astoria Park and the East River. We are on the 4th floor, so with the bedroom's big windows, there is a ton of natural light. Room has its own built in ac/heat unit. Lots of space, can easily fit a queen size bed, but comes unfurnished.

Apartment has all the general "luxury" amenities. 24/7 doorman, mailroom, elevator, laundry across the hall, built in ac/heat, parking garage, etc.

The living room is needlessly big so one end has been sectioned off with a 14 foot wall + walk in closet with a door. This space is where the roommate described up above lives.

Currently looking for someone for the private bedroom.

On moving-in, you will need to provide first month's rent, security deposit (another month's rent), and key card deposit ($100). Both deposits are returned at end of stay.

A bit about us: I moved from California to NYC over 12 years ago, and have lived in this same Astoria apartment for 11 years. I'm a low-key chill roommate, and prefer to have a very drama-free home to come back to after work. I keep to myself and generally have my door closed when I am home. I work at Warner Bros. alongside DC Comics in video and film, and also dabble in music every now and then. But most of my days, I?m just enjoying the simple things in life... ie tv marathoning and good food! My other roommate is from Japan, and is a dance / fitness instructor. He performs on Broadway every so often, and he loves Pokemon Go. We are both very respectful, and mind our own business. We prefer a very quiet home, and are looking for a roommate who is of similar nature.
