Cozy room in Astoria/LIC near the N/W and tons of

Looking for someone cool to take my room as I am moving out. The place is clean, with two roommates, one in his 30s who works in the movie industry, another in his 20s who works in marketing. Both are normally out and about, very friendly and looking for someone who will be as well.

The room is cozy--perfect for a full sized bed. There is a tall closet, a built-in storage unit in the room, a skylight, and two windows.
We can talk about me leaving my mattress and a dresser if you'd like (I know moving them is a hassle).

The place has gas stove, plenty of storage space for food and housewares. There's also a backyard for when it gets warmer--rare to find in NYC.

Perfect location. Pizza right downstairs, easy parking, laundromat less than a block away, right by Kaufman Studios, Starbucks, Applebees, Panera, UNO, and many stores on Steinway.

Rent is $866, about $12 for Internet, and about $24 for cooking gas and electric--can't get much cheaper.

Showing the place mostly on weekends -- available Feb 4th (Sunday) but we can talk about other arrangements if needed.
