About the apt:
Third floor walk up in a secure building

The apt is extremely clean pest free and common areas are all fully furnished already

Common areas you'll share with me include living room, bathroom and kitchen. I keep these areas and my room very clean so expect my future roomie to respect this as well.

Your room is a good sized bedroom complete with a floor to ceiling window and closet. The room is furnished with a twin bed, a wardrobe closet. There is also a desk and a chair.

Rent is $950 rent includes internet, electricity, heat and hot water! Cost to move in: $950 first month $900 security which you will get back when you move out Total: $1850

About the area:
One of the safest and prettiest places in NYC there are a ton of international restaurants, cool bars and all the shopping you could ever want only steps away from the apt.

There's also a beautiful park that looks over to the NYC apt a 10 min walk away perfect for outdoor exercise or just to great some fresh air!
