Looking for a roommate in Astoria. This is a first floor apartment in a quiet building, conveniently located near 3 subway stops. Flexible lease. 1050 security deposit and 1050 first month's rent needed upon move in. Room is big enough for a full/queen size bed, a dresser, and additional furniture like a desk or TV stand. The room has just been repainted.

There are also four closets total in the apartment, so it's never lacking in storage space. We're conveniently located near a ton of bars, restaurants, and other things to do (when a pandemic isn't in full swing), but on a street that's quiet enough when you want to just have a night in. I've been here for over five years and I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood.
